We offer convenient online recreation registration. You must set up an account to use online registration.

You may already have an online account if you've previously registered for a program, have a Williston Fitness Center or The Marsh membership, purchased a Shady Oak Beach season pass or have rented a banquet room, meeting room or picnic shelter facility.

To create a new account:

• Go to Register Online
• Select "Create an Account"
• Enter all required information (all family members, contact information and grade levels and birthdays must be entered)

Note: Senior Services, Williston Fitness Center and Ice Arena staff can take in-person registrations for programs specific to their facilities.

Payment must be made at the time of registration by cash, check or Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

• Participants wishing to withdraw from a program must do so at least seven days prior to the start of the program or by the stated registration deadline.
• Refunds are granted when a program is canceled due to low enrollment.
• No refund is granted for a single class canceled due to circumstances beyond the city’s control, i.e. power outages, weather, etc.
• Partial refunds after the start of the program are only considered if injury or serious illness occurs and must be approved by the program manager. A physician’s verification may be required.
• Refunds can take up to three weeks to process.

When classes have reached their maximum registration, a waitlist will be started.

• If an opening occurs, individuals will be contacted in the order they were placed on the waitlist.
• There is no fee to be put on a waitlist. If you are offered a spot from the waitlist, payment is made at the time of registration.

The cities of Minnetonka and Hopkins support individuals with disabilities who require additional assistance during our recreation programs.

• To arrange inclusion services, call the Recreation Services administrative office at 952-939-8203 at least two weeks prior to the start of your program.
• Our inclusion staff will work with you to determine your specific needs and arrange for the necessary assistance.
• Requests received without a two week notice will not be guaranteed, and the participant may be required to arrange for his or her own assistance.
