Senior Linkage Line

• A free statewide program assisting older Minnesotans and caregivers by connecting them to local services. Includes a Medicare help line so you can choose the best plan for your needs.

• Food services, as well as employment and financial assistance (including rent and utilities), and referrals to local agencies specializing in medical, transportation and housing support

A Minnetonka based non-profit empowering people as they age with resources and services to help older adults stay in the home they love.

• Household and Outdoor Maintenance (HOME) Program: HOME Program services support independence and allow older adults to remain in the homes and communities they love. Services are available to anyone aged 60 and older. Rates for paid services are based on a participant’s income and ability to pay; no one is denied service based on ability to pay. • Technology services: Our TECH team members are experts in working with adults age 60 and older to navigate how to access and use technology, on everything from connecting to high speed internet to help with mobile devices, laptops and streaming services.
• Caregiver support and outreach: Dedicated licensed social workers offer a variety of ways to sustain your ability to provide help to your loved one and maintain your own life balance. We serve Carver, Hennepin, Scott, Sherburne and Wright counties.
