Certifications: B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, DTR (Diet Technician Registered), ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified
Focus: I have a wide background in the health and wellness field. I have extensive experience as a health coach helping achieve their exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress management goals. As a nutrition coach, I focus mainly on weight loss as I have lost more than 30 pounds myself. For exercise, I love helping people new to exercise and collaborating with them to create a plan that works for them and their goals. I care deeply about my clients and helping them achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle.
Interests: I love to travel. I have been to more than 12 countries and have more planned.

Certifications: NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) Group Fitness, Core Power Yoga certification, Silver Sneakers, Keiser Cycling, TRX, STOTT Pilates.
Focus: I have the ability to work individually in small groups and large groups with any and all ages. I bring the fun to classes and training sessions.
Interests: Spending time with family and friends, cooking and nutrition, my dog Beep and cat Gigi.

Focus: My focus is to help individuals of all ages to be confident in their training and enjoy movement in its many forms. Everyone's fitness journey is a little different and I am here to help you realize your potential and put together a game plan that speaks to YOU. So let's go!
Interests: Working out. Playing with my goofy boys, golf, hoops, waterskiing, lake time, saunas, cooking and wine.

Focus: Cardio, strength, core and balance designed for populations 50 plus. I love working with individuals who want to learn the key ways of training to keep the fountain of youth.
Interests: Traveling, reading biographies, downhill skiing, golfing and continuing to raise three adult children.

Focus: General cardiovascular and muscular strength for all levels of fitness. Focusing on each individual’s goals and interests.
Interests: Spending time with my family (I have three amazing kids). Group fitness is my jam, you’ll probably see me in class even when I am not teaching. I love music, theater, traveling, cooking and putting together a killer playlist for working out.

Focus: Cardiovascular and strength training, mobility and flexibility for overall health. My focus is on the individual’s needs, goals and their interests in physical fitness. I want you to enjoy working out!
Interests: I love HIIT and Strike. When I am not working out in my favorite classes at Williston, you can find me rolling on the mats training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I enjoy singing in choir, being a Girl Scout Leader and going on adventures with my family. My two kids are my world, along with my awesome hubs and our two pups.

Focus: Weight loss/maintenance, flexibility, strength training/toning balance, and working with beginners.
Interests: Mind/body, lifestyle change, prenatal/postnatal.

Certifications: Mary has worked in the field of Therapeutic Recreation since 1993; WATSU(r), Zen Shiatsu, Reiki, and Aquatic Integration(TM) bodywork certifications.
Focus: Aquatic bodywork sessions and integrating functional movement and training in the water; Shiatsu practice
Interests: Mary is always finding herself outdoors in nature, exploring and enjoying the healing properties of all the elements. She loves spending time with close friends and finds humor and kindness to be her top priorities. She spends as much time as she can loving up her three grandchildren and orange tabby.

Certifications: Associates Science Degree in Physical Therapy—St. Catherine University 1999; Personal Training Certification—NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) 2015.
Focus: Functional fitness, aquatics, assisting with transition from rehab-based therapy to independence with exercise programs.
Interests: I enjoy the outdoors, being with family and friends and watching the University of Minnesota Gopher women’s volleyball.

Certifications: B.S. Corporate and Community Health, ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer since 1998. Certified with APEX nutrition since 1998. CPR/AED, First-Aid certified.
Focus: I mostly specialize in working with clients that are looking for core and balance with corrective exercises and circuit training routines.
Interests: In my space time you will find me outside. I enjoy every season and am an avid outdoors man and still play hockey once a week.

Focus: Help others feel better both physically and mentally through exercise, discipline and self-respect. My goal is for others to enjoy being active and taking pride in their hard work, accomplishments and dedication to improve their health.
Interests: Travel, running, training for events, sports and family.

Focus: Strength training for beginners and using a wide variety of equipment (ex: machines, dumbbells, TRX)

Focus: Working with 55+ adults of all abilities and experience. My focus is functional movement and exercise with an emphasis on strength, balance and flexibility. I also enjoy helping people rehab pre- and post-surgery through water and dryland exercise. I was a competitive runner, triathlete and biker in my youth and still enjoy sharing basic training for these activities.
Interests: Being active outside, Nordic skiing, biking, swimming and hiking with friends are part of my everyday activities. I also enjoy playing the piano (especially The Marsh grand piano). I enjoy travel and family time. I’m looking forward to becoming a new grandparent in February.

Focus: Body recomposition, muscle gain, weight loss, mobility enhancement, health and wellness, nutrition, strength training/powerlifting and body building.
Interests: Spending time with family and friends, cooking/nutrition, music, powerlifting, teaching and business.

Focus: Small groups, fitness ball, practical and understandable nutrition. Working with older adults, beginners, chronic disease and injuries. Experienced in bariatric weight loss.
Interests: Hiking, 19th-century reenacting and exploring new places.

Interests: Spending time with my husband and four kids, competitive board games with friends, playing tennis and group fitness classes.

Focus: Functional fitness for older adults. Cardio and strength training for decreasing body fat and overall fitness improvements. Making fitness a part of your life, for the rest of your life.
Interests: Raising two energetic boys. Spending time with family and friends. Staying committed to my daily workouts and to never take life for granted.

Focus: I would love to build your muscles and endurance through strength and stability training, combined with cardio – at any age! I’m loud and can show you that getting fit is FUN!
Interests: Travel, my zany family (kids ages 18, 16, 11) reading and cooking.

Focus: I enjoy working with people across ages and abilities and feel that it is my job to help you achieve your goals to the best of my ability. Exercise and being active area a hug part of my life both physically and mentally and I love to help others find that joy as well.
Interests: Outside of the gym I can usually be found watching or talking about any kind of sport or watching a good movie or show.
