The Minnetonka City Council will hold a special meeting to approve resolution setting a preliminary 2022 tax levy and preliminary HRA levy both collectible in 2023, a preliminary 2023 budget and consenting to a special benefit tax levy of the Minnetonka Economic Development Authority.
