The City of Minnetonka uses a request system to respond to residents’ needs efficiently and effectively. Use our online system to submit a request or provide feedback on city issues and services.
Submit requests through our online portal. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department for follow-up.
To track your request, create a personal account in the request system. 

Complaint policy

City council policy requires that a complaining party provide their name, address and phone number. Failure to provide this information prevents city staff from efficiently resolving your issue. Under state law, your information remains confidential.
