The city provides water and sewer utility service and to residents and businesses, and bills for water, sewer, stormwater and state testing fees. Residents are also billed for recycling. Certain properties are billed for decorative street lighting.

  • Each residential property is billed quarterly (four times per year) on a staggered schedule (not all properties are billed at once).
  • Commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-residential properties are billed monthly.
  • All bills are issued to property owners; the city does not put accounts in renters' names.

Bills can be paid online, by phone (855-945-3661), text message, mail or via automatic payment. 

The city’s online billing and payment system is simple, safe and secure and offers a variety of options to conveniently view and pay your bill.

Create your account

Create an account to set up automatic payments, where funds are automatically withdrawn from a credit card or your checking or savings account. You will continue to receive a bill, but the funds will automatically withdraw on the due date, or a date of your choosing.

To create an account, go to our online billing system and select “Register Now.”

If you’d prefer not to register, you can still view your current bill and make one-time payments or call the 24/7 automated payment line (855-945-3661) to check your balance or make a payment.

About automatic payments

Automatic payments are deducted from the designated account on the payment due date. The resident controls the online autopay option.

Notes for renters

Tenants/renters should not sign up for these online services as the utility bill is registered to the property owner. However, renters can pay their utility bill online as a one-time payment.
