  • If you wish to call in to address the council on subjects which are not a part of the meeting agenda, please contact the City Manager's office at 952-939-8211 by 3 p.m. on the meeting date with your name, phone number and subject matter.

In addition to meetings, the council also holds regular study sessions. Study sessions are informational meetings only and do not include public comment.

• On one Monday a month, council members meet for a study session where city staff and project-specific consultants share in-depth information on a variety of topics. Study sessions are occasionally scheduled twice a month.
• Study sessions are open to the public and begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Minnehaha Room at the Community Center, 14600 Minnetonka Blvd. These meetings are recorded but not televised.
