This is a special meeting of the Minnetonka City Council to discuss litigation threatened by the Center for Biological Diversity with the city’s legal counsel. The majority of the meeting will be closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. §  13D.05.

The meeting will be held virtually, and will begin at 5:45 p.m., prior to the regular city council meeting.
