Celebrate the start of summer at Summer Fest!

Enjoy a variety of activities on the Minnetonka Civic Center campus. Other activities are held around the city throughout the day. The festivities conclude with fireworks.

2024 Schedule of Events


4 p.m.	Tot Trot This free event for children ages 2-8 takes place starting at the bottom of the hill near the amphitheater and proceeds up toward the ice arena (2-3 blocks long dependent upon age). No registration is required. All participants will receive a medal at the finish line. 4:05 p.m.: Ages 2-3 4:10 p.m.: Ages 4-5 4:15 p.m.: Ages 6-8
4-5:30 p.m.	Fire Department Open House
4–8/9 p.m.	Activities Caricature Artists Airbrush Tattoos Wacky Hair Artists Arts and Crafts Carlson’s Llovable Llamas Inflatables Bungee Trampolines Human Foosball Sports Challenge Ninja Anywhere Ninja Rig Vertical Climbing Wall
4-10 p.m.	Food Vendors A variety of food and beverages available to purchase. Beer and wine sales provided by the Minnetonka Rotary.
5:45-10 p.m.	Main Stage Entertainment 5:45 – 6:30 p.m.: Koo Koo 6:55 p.m.: Welcome by Mayor Wiersum 7 – 10 p.m.: Free and Easy
10 p.m.	Fireworks
