Ridgedale Commons is the City of Minnetonka's first urban park located near Ridgedale Mall and the Hennepin County Library. Ridgedale Commons includes a meeting room, public outdoor space and public restrooms.

Meeting Space

The meeting room is available for groups of up to 39 people and includes seating for 24. Minnetonka residents can reserve the room up to one year in advance nonresidents up to six months in advance. Alcohol is prohibited.

The meeting room is available from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. or 4-8 p.m.

Cancelation

A 30-day notice is required for canceling or changing a reservation without penalty. If less than 30 days notice is provided, no refund is granted.

All refunds requested by the applicant, and granted by the city, will be assessed a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will not be granted due to weather-related issues. This is a circumstance beyond our control and is a risk assumed by the applicant when reserving this space.

If a group does not show up for a reservation, a $25 fee will be charged to the permit/reservation holder in addition to the reservation fee. This fee must be paid prior to making any future reservation.
