April 3, 2020 update: The developer will be installing silt fence on site on Wednesday, April, 8, 2020.

In July 2019, the city council approved a preliminary plat to subdivide the properties at 5615 Conifer Trail and 5616 Mahoney Ave. As approved, the existing homes will be replaced by six new homes on the five-acre site. Five of the new homes will be accessed by a newly constructed extension from Conifer Trail. The remaining lot will be accessed via Mahoney Avenue.

In September 2019 the developer submitted a final plat application for approval. The city council approved the application at its Oct. 7, 2019 meeting.
