Previous concept plan meetings

The planning commission previously reviewed a concept plan by Inland Development Partners to redevelop the property on March 18, 2021. The plan contemplated removing the existing single-family home and constructing a three-story, 49-unit apartment building. You can view the plans here.

The plan was withdrawn before the city council meeting and a formal application was never submitted.
