Abdo Market House is proposing to redevelop the existing property at 14317 Excelsior Blvd. As proposed, the existing structures would be removed and a four-story, 36-unit apartment building would be constructed. The proposal requires approval of: (1) vacation of easement; (2) preliminary and final plats; (3) rezoning from R-1 to PUD; (4) master development plan; and (5) final site and building plans.
