United Properties is proposing to construct eight three-story residential buildings on the property at 901 Carlson Parkway. The buildings would each contain two or four units, resulting in a total of 30 new rental units on the site. The proposal requires approval of (1) a major amendment to the existing master development plan; and (2) final site and building plans.
