The applicant is applying for a sign plan amendment for one additional wall sign at 11100 Wayzata Blvd. Under the Crescent Ridge Corporate Center sign plan, the building at 10900 Wayzata Blvd is allowed two wall signs, and 11100 Wayzata Blvd is allowed one wall sign.
