On Jan. 18, 2024, the city received revised plans for subdivision of the properties at 2503, 2505, 2511 and 2615 Plymouth Road. As proposed, the existing Emerald Trail right-of-way would be extended to provide access to 12 lots. Two additional lots would be accessed via Plymouth Road. The proposed subdivision requires a preliminary plat, with tree removal variance.
