Greystar Development Central, LLC is proposing to remove the existing building to construct a new, 275-unit apartment building at 10701 Bren Road E. The proposal requires: (1) rezoning; (2) master development plan; and (3) site and building plan review. 

The formal application and plan follows a concept plan submitted and reviewed in 2022.
