The applicant, Sperides Reiners Architects Inc., on behalf of MidCountry Acquisition Corp., is proposing to redevelop the MidCountry Bank at 14617 Hwy 7 by increasing the building size, relocating the building and creating an additional tenant space for a restaurant with a drive-thru window. The applicant is requesting a reduction to the number of parking spaces required by city ordinance. This proposal requires a conditional use permit, variances, site and building plan review, rezoning, and comprehensive guide plan amendment.
