Home MenuRidgedale Area Park Structures
The City of Minnetonka is improving Crane Lake Preserve and developing a new park near Ridgedale Center. Crane Lake improvements include a 1,000-square-foot park shelter. The Ridgedale park plans include a pergola and a 1,500-square-foot park building with restrooms and a meeting room.
The park structures require an amendment to the master development plan, site and building plan approval and a conditional-use permit. The city recently submitted an application and plans, which will be reviewed by the planning commission and city council.
If approved, construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in April 2021. Visit the Ridgedale Area Park Project page to learn more and view concept plans.
