Lake West Development Co. is proposing to redevelop the residential properties at 5290, 5300 and 5324 Spring Lane; 5295 and 5325 County Road 101; and 5301 and 5311 Tracy Lynn Terrace. Under the submitted plans, existing structures would be removed and two, 20-unit condominium buildings (total 40 units) would be built. The proposal requires: (1) comprehensive guide plan amendment from low-density residential to medium-density residential; (2) rezoning from R-1 to R-4; (3) master development plan; (4) site and building plan review, with setback variance; and (5) preliminary plat.
