Border Foods Inc, a franchise of Taco Bell Corp., is proposing changes to the Taco Ball at 15110 Highway 7. The changes include enhancing the exterior façade, relocating the drive thru and increasing the building size. The applicant is requesting a reduction to the number of parking spaces required by city ordinance. This proposal requires a conditional use permit, variance and site and building plan review.
