In July 2021, the city reviewed a concept plan for the redevelopment of the properties at 2424 and 2440 Plymouth Road. The concept plan contemplated a 10-lot, single family residential development. The concept plans were reviewed at the July 1, 2021 planning commission meeting and the July 12, 2021 city council meeting.

In October 2021, Airborne Woodhaven, LLC has submitted formal application plans to subdivide the properties at 2424 and 2440 Plymouth Road into nine, single-family lots. The lots would range in size from 17,509 square feet to 24,700 square feet. The proposal requires rezoning from R-1 to R-1A and a preliminary plat.

In March 2022, Airborne Woodhaven, LLC has submitted revised plans for the properties at 2424 and 2440 Plymouth Road. The properties would be subdivided into nine, single-family residential lots. The lots would range in size from 17,565 square feet to 23,700 square feet. The proposal requires: (1) rezoning from R-1 to R-1A; (2) preliminary plat; (3) variance from the city’s tree protection ordinance; and (4) variance from the city’s steep slope ordinance. After the May 12, 2022 planning commission meeting, the applicant requested to table the item to a future meeting.
