- Any member of Williston Fitness Center is welcome to attend. Reservations are required.
- Members ages 12-14 may participate in any group fitness class if supervised by a parent. (No supervision needed for Barre, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba.)
- Class size may be limited due to equipment and space requirements. Please arrive on time, as instructors may deny you access if you arrive after the warm-up period.
- Our 6 a.m. classes often reach maximum capacity and may require specific equipment for participation. To prioritize safety, once the class begins, the studio doors will be locked.
- Williston reserves the right to cancel class due to low attendance.
