Lake Minnetonka Care Center is a 21-resident skilled nursing facility in Deephaven, Minn. The applicants proposed to relocate to Minnetonka and construct a new facility at 16913 Highway 7. The proposal requires a conditional-use permit and site and building plan review.

The formal application, submitted in October 2020, follows concept plan review, which took place in July 2020.
